1. Data controller

2. What we collect

When ordering: name, phone, city and delivery address, comment, service language. For custom printing — the model files you upload.

The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Anonymous, cookie-free visitor statistics are collected via Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not track individual visitors. Your cart is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and is not sent to the server until you place an order.

3. Why

Solely to receive and fulfil your order: pricing, communication, production and delivery.

4. Where it is stored

Orders are stored in a Supabase database (EU servers); notifications are duplicated to the seller’s email and Telegram. Only the shop owner has access.

5. Who we share it with

The delivery service — name, phone and address needed for delivery; public authorities — only where required by law. We do not sell data or share it for advertising.

6. Retention

Uploaded model files are kept for no more than 30 days after order completion, then deleted; we will delete them earlier on request.

Order data is kept for up to 3 years (accounting requirements), then deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your data — write to us by email or Telegram. We respond within 10 business days.
