1. Delivery

Tbilisi: courier next day — 8–15 ₾. Pickup — free, address and time by arrangement.

Across Georgia (Batumi, Kutaisi, Rustavi and all regions): delivery service, 2–3 days, from 10 ₾. The cost is confirmed with your order.

2. Order acceptance

Before shipping we send a photo of the finished item. Your photo approval is part of the acceptance process: we ship only after your OK.

3. Returns of catalog items

In case of a manufacturing defect — free reprint, exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. Send your order number (AP-XXXX) and a photo of the defect; the item must show no signs of use.

4. Custom orders (printed from your file)

Items manufactured to the customer’s individual specifications are non-returnable — except for manufacturing defects, in which case we reprint for free or refund your money.

5. What is not a defect

Inherent features of FDM 3D printing — visible layer lines, minor seams, dimensional tolerances up to ±0.5 mm — are not defects.

6. Claims procedure

Message us on Telegram @Print_archam_bot or by email hello@archam.group with your order number and photos. We reply within 1 business day.

Refunds are made by the same method used for payment, within 3–5 business days after agreement.
