3D printed car parts in Tbilisi: small plastic pieces
A trim clip snapped, a tow hook cover went missing, the key fob shell cracked, and the original is not sold or takes a month to arrive from Japan. We print small plastic parts like these in 1–2 days from a sample, a photo or a ready model.
We print on a Bambu Lab P2S with a 25 × 25 × 25 cm build volume, so we only take small parts. We do not print bumpers, panels or large body pieces.
What we print for cars
- Interior trim, floor mat and wheel arch clips and push pins.
- Caps: tow hook, roof rail, body holes.
- Buttons, tabs and latches: glovebox, armrest, storage boxes.
- Covers and trims: mirrors, fuse boxes, connectors.
- Cupholders, phone mounts and organizers for a specific car.
- Key fob shells: the electronics and buttons move over from the old one.
- Small lamp lenses and housings, like the Mercedes W220 licence plate lamp.
What we do not print
- Parts larger than 25 cm: bumpers, panels, whole grilles.
- Brake, steering, airbag and seatbelt parts.
- Under-bonnet parts near the engine or exhaust: plastic will not survive the heat.
- Heavily loaded parts: engine brackets, suspension mounts.
Which plastic
- ASA for anything outside: does not yellow in the sun, fine with rain and frost.
- ABS for the interior: a car in Tbilisi in summer goes above 60 °C, PLA would warp, ABS holds up to 90 °C.
- PETG for clips and latches: flexible, does not snap when clicked in.
- TPU for bump stops, seals and feet: rubber-like.

If the part is not in the catalog
Send 3–5 photos of the part next to a ruler or a coin, plus the car make, model and year. If you have the broken part, bring it in: we will measure or scan it. If there is no model, our engineer Alexander will make one; modelling is quoted individually and the quote is free.
How much
Ready parts from the catalog start at 15 ₾. Printing from your file is priced in the calculator, with a 35 ₾ minimum. If a model has to be made first, we quote the modelling before starting.

We print in Tbilisi and deliver anywhere: Batumi, Kutaisi, Rustavi, Gori, Poti, Zugdidi, Telavi — 2–3 days, from 10 ₾. In Tbilisi a courier brings it next day, and pickup is free. Distance doesn’t change the printing price — the calculator quotes the same for the whole country.
