3D printing for business in Tbilisi: batches, supplies, fixtures
We print for companies what is expensive to import and impossible to buy one at a time: QR stands and holders for cafés, key tags for hotels, organizers for clinics, display stands for shops, spare parts and fixtures for workshops. Batches from 10 pieces, a sample in 1–2 days, repeat orders from the stored model with no rework.
We work as a legal entity: contract, invoice and act from Archam LLC, payment by bank transfer. The price is weight plus print time and does not depend on who orders — it drops automatically with the batch size.

How a batch is priced
- Piece price = weight × material price + print time × printer rate (15 ₾ for the first hour, then 3.5 ₾/hour; complex parts are quoted individually). Minimum order 35 ₾ — unnoticeable on a batch.
- Discounts by total order weight: from 300 g — 15%, from 1 kg — 25%, from 3 kg — 35% per gram. Fifty 15-gram stands hit the first tier right away.
- Model setup — 5 ₾ once per order. A repeat of the same model has no setup fee.
- A logo or text on the item is free if you send a vector file or a clean image.
- Materials: PLA for interiors and souvenirs, PETG for kitchens, bathrooms and outdoors, ABS and ASA for equipment and sun, TPU for flexible parts.
How an order goes
- You send the task: a photo of a sample, a model link or just a description. No model? Our artist makes one for a separate fee, quoted before we start.
- Within an hour you get the per-piece price, lead time and a proposal on company letterhead.
- We print a sample in 1–2 days and send a photo. You approve color, size and fit.
- Batch: 10–50 pieces in 2–4 days, 100–300 pieces from a week. Delivery next day in Tbilisi, 2–3 days across Georgia.
- We keep the model: a repeat order a month or a year later takes one message.
Why 3D printing rather than ordering from China
Injection molding pays off from a thousand pieces and needs a mold costing thousands of dollars. For runs of 10 to 500, 3D printing is cheaper and faster: no mold, days instead of months, and design changes between batches are free. And the part can be fitted to your table, wall or machine instead of you adapting to what is in a warehouse.
