How a remote order works

• Upload the STL to the calculator or send a model link on Telegram — price and timing within an hour.
• Confirm the order on the site or in chat: name, phone, city and delivery address.
• We print in 1–2 days. Before shipping we send a photo of the finished part, plus a time-lapse of the print as a gift.
• We ship by courier with tracking; pay on delivery or by transfer in advance.

Cash to the courier or a transfer to Archam LLC. If a part arrives defective through our fault, we reprint and reship at our cost. Fragile items go in rigid packaging with filler.
