Frequently asked questions
Are printed toys safe for children?
We print in PLA — a corn-starch bioplastic with no smell or toxic additives. Small parts and keychains are not for children under 3: like any small object, they can be swallowed.
Can I choose the color?
Yes, any color in stock — and up to 4 colors in one toy thanks to AMS. Write the colors you want in the order comment.
How long does printing take?
Catalog toys are printed in 1–2 days. Courier in Tbilisi — 1 day, regions — 2–3 days.
How durable are the toys?
PLA is rigid and handles play, but dislikes heat: don’t leave a toy in a car in the sun. Flexi models bend at the joints, not in the plastic — no need to force them, they are movable as is.
What to gift a kid who has everything?
A toy that isn’t in the shops: a dragon egg fidget in their favourite colors, a marble maze, a spinning top with a launcher box or a wrench-and-bolts set. We box it and add a timelapse of the print — kids love watching the gift “grow” layer by layer. For a class or a team we print a batch of keychains with a discount.
Do you offer wholesale prices for souvenir shops?
Yes, and they apply automatically: the discount depends on the total weight of the cart — from 300 g minus 15%, from 1 kg minus 25%, from 3 kg minus 35%. The 5 ₾ setup is charged once per order. A batch of 30 keychains or 10 fidgets comes out well below the per-piece price — fill the cart and see the total. For regular supply, message us for individual terms.
