3D printing for production, service centers and workshops
A machine is down because of a gear that takes a month to ship. A service center cannot close a job without a plastic cap. A workshop needs a template to drill a hundred identical holes. We print all of this in 1β3 days from engineering plastics, from your drawing, file or the broken part.
We work from STEP and STL, store models and print repeat batches without re-approval. Contract and invoice from Archam LLC.

Materials for the job
- PETG β the all-rounder: strong, up to 70 Β°C, moisture-proof. Most spare parts.
- ABS and ASA β up to 90 Β°C, impact, sun and outdoors. Equipment parts, enclosures, automotive.
- PLA-CF with carbon fiber β stiffness and precision for fixtures and brackets.
- TPU β flexible gaskets, dampers, feet, rollers.
- PA-CF β on request for loaded gears and parts with friction.
Accuracy and tolerances
Typical FDM accuracy on the Bambu Lab P2S is Β±0.2 mm on sizes up to 100 mm; bearing and shaft fits are tuned on a trial piece and corrected. Threaded holes are printed for a tap or heat-set brass inserts. For parts that must fit an existing assembly, send a photo of the mating part or the broken one.
Lead times and volumes
One part β 1β2 days. A batch of 10β50 β 2β4 days. Series of 100β500 β from a week, with a sample for approval. For regular supply we keep the model and material ready.
